Returns and Refunds Policy

Users are responsible for reading through and comprehending this cancellation, return, and refund policy. Do not accept our Terms of Use and immediately stop using our platform if you do not agree with the conditions in this cancellation, return, and refund policy. By starting a request for the purchase of items on our platform, you accept the terms in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy without modification and agree to be bound by them.

The User will have the option to request a refund of the money they spent on the Product when submitting a return request. When making a request for the return of Products, the User will have to present a copy of the actual invoice. The User is responsible for making sure that any returned Product(s) meet the requirements outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, including that they are unwashed, unused, with price tags still attached, and that all packaging materials are undamaged. Such returned item(s) need to be free of body odor, sweat, detergent, or stains.

Without giving the User prior notice, we reserve the right to modify and implement this cancellation, return, and refund policy whenever we see fit. However, we will post a notice on the home page of our platform informing Users of any changes to the cancellation, return, and refund policy.

A User must return all the products that are a part of the marketing package in order to process refunds if they have purchased products that are packaged with other products or are part of a promotional package.

If a User returns a Product without the original accessories, gifts, or other items included with it, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to accept the return of such product.

It is expressly stated that the refund that a user is entitled to excludes money spent on shipping or other similar fees that may be charged from time to time, with the exception of situations where a product was delivered with a defect.

We will use our best efforts to inform the User of the status of the refund by sending updates to the User’s registered email address and mobile number.

We disclaim all responsibility for any issues that may arise as a result of our failure to inform the User of the refund’s progress.

After a user submits a request to return a product on our platform, and after we have duly acknowledged the request, one of our reverse-logistics partners will get in touch with the user to arrange for the collection of the returned product and delivery to us. The above-mentioned return of the products by self-shipment is contingent upon the Products’ passing quality inspection at our warehouse or returns desk.

We understand that there may be times when our customers may want to return a product due to a variety of reasons. Therefore, we have a transparent refund and return policy that ensures our customers’ satisfaction.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective in any manner, we will be happy to accept the product back without asking any questions. All you need to do is inform us about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a pickup. We request that you ensure that the product is returned to us in the exact same manner in which it was delivered to you.

Once we receive the product and it is inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund process. Your money will be refunded within 2-3 business days from the date of the product’s arrival in our warehouse. We will refund the money to the user’s bank account or wallet, as per the original payment method.

Please note that our refund policy is only applicable for products that are damaged or defective. If you wish to return a product due to any other reason, you may contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. However, in such cases, the refund will be subject to the discretion of the company.
